Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding, without limitation, The District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and other US territories), who currently reside in the US and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. All Federal, State, and Local Laws and regulations apply. Employees, directors and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of households of The Well Armed Woman, LLC its affiliates, advertising, design, print production and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.
Dates: This Sweepstakes is valid from June 22, 2012 ("Game-Start") through midnight MT July 28, 2012 ("Game-End").
How to enter: In order to qualify, entrants must submit a brief video or submitted form describing what makes them a "Well Armed Woman" and why. This signup process is accessible through www.thewellarmedwoman.com. Participants are allowed one (1) entry. The Well Armed Woman, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participants for making additional entries into the draw not in accordance with the rules as outlined herein.
Sweepstakes Winner Selection: The Grand Prize winner will be selected based on the creativity and ability to express what makes her a Well Armed Woman. Selection will take place no later than midnight July 31, 2012 from all eligible entries received by Game-End. The winner will be named by a corporate Officer of The Well Armed Woman, LLC. Participants must provide The Well Armed Woman, LLC with accurate information on the registration process via The Well Armed Woman, LLC.The Well Armed Woman, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participants if for any reason inaccurate or incomplete information is suspected.
Awarding of Prize: The winner(s) will be contacted by email and has 72 hours to claim prize. If prize goes unclaimed, another name will be selected from the original pool of entries. Winner will make course selection and all arrangements directly with a corporate representative of Thunder Ranch. $100 Shopping Spree will be arranged with corporate principal of The Well Armed Woman, LLC These prizes have no cash value or exchangeable cash value outside of The Well Armed Woman, LLC and/or Thunder Ranch Inc. Availability of training center location, course dates, or products selected from The Well Armed Woman is subject to market conditions and fluctuations beyond the control of The Well Armed Woman, LLC.
The winner must be able to provide proof of age, (minimum of 21 years of age) and confirm they are legally able to own a firearm with no criminal background. Failure to comply with each of these requirements will result in a forfeiture of the prize. There is no cash equivalent but the prize(s) are transferrable to another woman who meets the eligibility requirements. Failure to comply with all Federal, State and Local Laws, including but not limited to, background checks for firearm possession will result in the forfeiture of the prize and another winner will be selected.
The Prizes: 3 day training course, lodging and 1000 rounds of frangible ammunition (Lead free range) are provided by Thunder Ranch Inc. Contest winner is responsible for travel to the ranch and groceries. Winner can select which 3 day course they prefer from the current list of course offerings from Thunder Ranch Oregon 2013 class calendar.
By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of The Well Armed Woman, LLC regarding this sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable Federal, State and Local Laws and regulations. Sweepstakes is fully endorsed and administered by The Well Armed Woman, LLC.
By participation in this Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, the winner grants The Well Armed Woman, LLC the right to use the winner's name, video submission, likeness, picture, voice, and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in any media including but not limited to the world wide web without additional compensation or further notification, permission or consideration.
